Visitor Control System

A major problem in residences today is the entry of visitors.

Unauthorised entries can be a major threat to a private property. What’s known to be a secured and private estate can be robbed of its name.

The difficulty to enter private residences even when it’s your own is a hassle to many. It is even so to visitors who require a troublesome identification process before gaining entry at the gates.

We improvise through the use of the E-Key, Video/Mobile Intercom System and QR Code Scanning. With this comprehensive Control System, visitors are able to access properties seamlessly.

Video Intercom System

The Video Intercom System enable visitors to communicate with residents before gaining entry. A machine user interface will allow visitors to input the residents’ unit number to contact them. Residents can then identify and communicate with the visitor and allow access to the residence.

  • Step 1: Key in resident’s unit or mobile number.
  • Step 2: ACU calls the residents to initiate facetime/video call.
  • Step 3: Residents allow access remotely.

Visitors can directly video call residents by inputting their registered mobile line. In the case where residents do not pick up the video call, the Access Control Unit system redirects to their cellular mobile line. Residents can then allow access remotely.

QR Code Scanning

QR Code Scanning

Residents will be able to generate and send QR Codes to visitors via mobile for them to scan at the gates before entering. These QR Codes are valid for only 24 hours.

Mobile E-Key

The E-Key is a feature in a mobile application which can automate the opening of visitor gates. This is a convenient method where residents can open the gates with a single tap.

Access Card

Access Card

Residents and visitors can enter using a single tap of an Access Card on the Access Control Unit.

Monitoring Centre Verification

Residents and visitors can video call the Monitoring Centre directly via the Access Control Unit to verify identification with our security officers, who can then allow access remotely.
