At AGSI, we have established a state-of-the-art Command Centre that hosts a fully integrated security system. This enables advanced visualisation, precise control, and seamless communication to build an intelligent and adaptive security system.

Remote Facility Controls

The Command Centre is able to control and allow access to gates, barriers upon verification and communication with the onsite user. Thus, security officers are not needed to be physically at the area as facility features can be adjusted remotely. Visitors and vehicles entering the premises can communicate with our officers remotely to gain access.

Remote Monitoring

The Command Centre operates 24/7 and uses video analytics to prioritise footages that need more attention. Remote surveillance is conducted to guard all facilities through Video Patrolling. The Control will actively report abnormalities on sites and communicate with site guards to perform duties to allow an efficient guarding service.

Response Team

AGSI security solutions are backed with emergency preparedness in mind. The Emergency Response Team’s aim is to tackle situations promptly and securely. These include cases such as power outage and to assist enforce SOP such as wheel clamping. Our teams are scattered across strategic locations in Singapore, reducing response time.
